Delete Hub data
- Open My Page in the app.
- Open Sharing & Safety and choose Delete Hub Registration.
- Review the data list and confirm deletion again.
This removes shared Mites, photos, the requester’s comments, connections, inbox notices, and APNs endpoint. Resolved safety reports may remain for up to 180 days where necessary.
Delete an on-device notebook
Swipe the notebook left, choose Delete, and confirm. Delete exported Koremite backup files separately from Files or their destination.
If the app is unavailable
Contact us with the device nickname, connected family/class name, and approximate dates. Do not send unnecessary child identity data. We will verify the requester or guardian safely and generally respond within 30 days.
